Project ManagerJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities :•Overall management and execution of a high-rise building project, exceeding 30 floors, from inception to completion.•Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.•Manage and coordinate the work of various contractors, consultants, and subcontractors.•Ensure adherence to all relevant UAE construction regulations, safety standards, and quality control procedures.•Effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, government authorities, and internal stakeholders.•Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle.•Manage project documentation, reporting, and change orders.•Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives on time and within budget.•Conduct regular progress meetings and provide comprehensive progress reports to senior management.•Oversee cost control and financial management of the project.Requirements :•Minimum 10 years of experience in the UAE construction industry.•Proven experience managing high-rise tower projects exceeding 30 floors.•Strong background working with major UAE clients.•Currently residing in the UAE with a deep understanding of local construction regulations and processes.•Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).•Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.•Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.•PMP certification is a plus.
