Develops and monitors operating and grant budgets; monitors and oversees
expenditures.? Prepares daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual reports to Fiker Institute HQ; maintainsand analyzes operating statistics; updates programs to continually improve services.? Develops plans for the future growth of the space, including new programs and services? Oversees acquisition of new materials including books and databases.? Oversee, coordinate, and organize high-level Events.? Be the face of the space and make sure visitors are welcomed.? Lead the management of projects for all initiatives of the event space.? Management responsibilities include overseeing staff including the associate, assistant,and operation staff (4+ people reporting to the Project Manager)? Administrative tasks including staff shifts, and all day to day management andoperations of the staff and space? Any other venue-related task as it arises and is required by HQ
