Job Description

Overview of the roleThe role holder will be responsible for building up and developing an effective seqeunce and construction strategy to oversee projects within the Private Properties portfolio across UAE and in Europe. This will encompass aspects of all phases of permits, construction, project management, related to projects within the portfolio. The position is responsible to support the construction and project management process from tendering to project handover, closeout and effective delegation management of the Defects liability Period. What you will do

  • To execute the project ensuring the quality of the final project has achieved the quality standards defined by the design brief resulting in receipt to achieve Taking over.
  • To execute the project to ensure that the progress of the project is achieved within the described timeframe keeping all team members informed of progress at all times.
  • To execute the project to ensure that the costs of the project are maintained within the described limits of the project viability.
  • Ensure that the project team is accurately and timely informed about value added/buildability options for the project?s execution.
  • Ensure that a record of project activity is maintained for the duration of the project.
  • Ensure that project participants are comprehensively evaluated as suitable for inclusion for the project?s execution and actively participate in evaluations and negotiations to achieve this objective.
  • Ensure that all tender and Contract documentation is prepared in a coordinated manner in conjunction with the project team.
