?? Position: Project Manager - Civil?? Location: Reporting to Operations Manager?? Salary: AED 20,000 - 23,000Candidate Requirements:

Degree: Civil Engineering
Experience: Minimum 15 years in the UAE, specializing in industrial/warehouse projects
Preference: Indian male candidates

Key Responsibilities:

Take full responsibility for the profit and loss of assigned projects, including budgeting, cost management, and variations.
Build strategic relationships with clients/consultants to drive repeat business and maintain a high customer satisfaction index.
Lead, motivate, and retain the project team, ensuring high productivity and quality work.
Oversee project delivery, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and contractual specifications.
Coordinate site activities, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely material delivery and quality installation.
Manage material/drawing submissions, approvals, and negotiations with stakeholders.
Prepare and monitor execution strategies and costing sheets, ensuring alignment with project plans.
Conduct daily site meetings, monitor subcontractors, and provide regular feedback to management.
Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and manage all aspects of project documentation, close-out, and defect liability periods.
