Job Description

Our client is looking to hire a Project Manager to oversee our fitout and renovation projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.Responsibilities:

  • In this role, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, while coordinating with architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met.
  • You will manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures to achieve financial objectives.
  • Additionally, you will create and maintain project schedules, address potential delays, and ensure timely completion of all project phases.
  • Quality control will be a key focus, requiring adherence to industry standards, building codes, and client specifications through regular inspections and checks.
  • Effective communication with clients and stakeholders, including providing updates and addressing concerns, will be essential.
  • You will also handle risk management by identifying potential risks, developing contingency plans, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Leading and motivating project teams, offering guidance, and fostering a productive work environment will be crucial to the success of the projects.
