Profile:We are seeking a Project Manager who is passionate about leveraging technology to create intelligent environments and driven to provide forward-thinking ELV solutions that surpass client anticipations.Responsibilities:•Conduct thorough site surveys, ensuring clarity on project requirements and feasibility for ELV system deployments.•Forge strong partnerships with system integrators and stakeholders, laying the groundwork for project planning and execution within defined parameters.•Oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring alignment with set timelines and budgetary constraints.•Offer technical insights and support during project design and implementation phases.•Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to procure requisite resources for project delivery.•Maintain vigilance over project progress, promptly identifying and mitigating risks or impediments.•Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, fostering transparent communication and issue resolution.•Uphold compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout project lifecycles.•Uphold meticulous documentation of project-related activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.•Conduct post-project evaluations, identifying opportunities for refinement and process enhancement.Requirements:•Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent field.•Demonstrable experience spanning 2-3 years in project management, with a focus on ELV systems preferred.•Proficiency in ELV technologies, encompassing CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, and associated domains.•Sound grasp of project management methodologies and best practices.•Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration across multifunctional teams.•Track record of successfully managing concurrent projects, meeting designated milestones and financial benchmarks.•Willingness to accommodate frequent travel obligations associated with project demands.
