Project ManagerQualification:•Bachelors degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Masters degree is a plus.•Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in project management, with a strong focus on building and infrastructure projects in the GCC region.•Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.•In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.•Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate multidisciplinary teams.•Sound understanding of contractual agreements, commercial terms, and legal regulations governing construction projects in the GCC.•Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD).•Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are highly desirable.📍 Location : Dubai
