Responsible for overseeing and managing the fit-out projects from start to finish. And will be accountable for planning, budgeting, and coordinating the completion of projects on time, within scope and within budget.? Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, budgets, submittals and other reports.? Quality Control: conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve any issues, and ensure quality of the work done is as per standard.? Review project plans, drawings, and specifications, providing technical expertise and recommending improvements based on UAE guidelines.? Expert knowledge of Joinery, Interior fit-out work regulations, insulation, finishes flooring works and quality standards,? Extensive knowledge of materials and technical specifications related to interior design.? Monitor project costs, prepare accurate estimates, and track expenses to ensure projects are delivered within budget.? Foster strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and providing timely updates on project status.? Liaise with clients for project progress reviews, variations, slippages, payments and resolution of issues.
