We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our growing construction company. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Responsibilities:Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, and resource allocation.Manage all aspects of the construction process, permitting, and construction.Oversee the work of contractors and sub-contractors to ensure compliance with project plans and schedules.Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure that projects are completed on time.Communicate regularly with clients, Consultants, and team members to keep them informed of project status and address any concerns.Ensure that all relevant codes and regulations are being followed, and obtain necessary permits and inspections.Manage project closeout activities, including final inspection, punch list completion, and project documentation.
