The Project Manager is responsible for the preparing for and delivery of projects from start to finish, to deadline and as per the contract and scope of works. Your input will be given at bid stage to ensure resourcing and project timeline suits the required deliverables.You will pride yourself on being hands on and will oversee multiple projects and ensure seamless coordination between the design office and the site while maintaining the integrity of the design.Key Responsibilities include:? Liaise with stakeholders including clients/owners, and coordinate with consultants, contractors, designers and regulatory agencies regarding the projects and ensure that the parties involved in the project work together to achieve a common goal.? Oversee and coordinate communication between design office and site office teams.? Ensure scope of work and contract is followed.? Negotiate scope of works with contractors and consultants.? Oversee contractual matters with contractors and consultants? Maintain the integrity of the design during the construction process? Ensure comments and requirements are answered and revisions made in a timely manner? Set up project programme and ensure it is followed and updated as and when required.??
