Roles & Responsibilities(Max 5 points)

  • Work with various vendors as required on setting deliverables and deadlines
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Ensure timely high-quality deliveries to ensure completion of projects on time
  • Oversee all aspects of projects by vendors
  • Keep close daily track of the progress of various parts of the project
  • Ensure all inter-dependencies are met to enable smooth functioning of the project
  • Monitor and summarize progress of project
  • Coordinate all resources - internal and vendors - for flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
