Mandiant?s approach helps organizations develop more effective and efficient cyber security programs and instills?confidence in their readiness to defend against and respond to cyber threats.Mandiant is seeking a Project Manager who can support the delivery of a large-scale cyber security transformation program. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate past performance delivering programs at scale. They must be able to plan and execute a complex program to tight deadlines, particularly sequencing the timely delivery of multiple workstreams, including consulting, training, and technology to multiple client sites. Key to success will be effective internal and external stakeholder management.Responsibilities:

• Contribute to governance arrangements for the oversight and management of all partners and sub-contractors;
• Chair the internal Mandiant Project Working Group, and ensure minutes and an Action Grid are produced, and that risks are raised to the Mandiant Project Steering Group;
• Develop a detailed understanding of all Project stakeholders, both internal and external;
• Support the Mandiant contracts team with the development of contractual agreements for all partners and sub-contractors;
• Work with the Technical Contracts Manager to develop a detailed schedule for the procurement of software and hardware solutions;
• Task the Mandiant Project Management Office with staffing and scheduling requirements in a timely manner;
• Ensure all Mandiant visits are coordinated in advance and cleared through the Working Group and / or Steering Committee where appropriate;
• Through your expert-level understanding of the design and build of the client?s Cyber Security Operations Centre(s), determine the delivery timelines for all hardware and software solutions;
• Build positive and robust arrangements with all partners and sub-contractors;
• Escalate any risks to the Program Director as soon as necessary;
• Secure the client?s sign off on all technology deployments;
• Ensure that all through life management plans, support needs, and licensing terms for SOC technologies are synchronized and in accordance with the client?s requirements?;
• Coordinate between multiple external and government agencies in the supervision and execution of essential support activities.
• Manage client relations to ensure that service expectations are developed and met;
• Maintain regular contact with the client and generate reports for the Program Director on project progress and accomplishments.

• Minimum of 5 years? experience leading complex cybersecurity / IT programs and initiatives;
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification;
• Expert-level skills utilizing program and project management tools and techniques;
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills in Arabic and English;
• Knowledge and experience of working on projects and programs relating to the design and build of Cyber Security Operations Centres;
• An understanding of typical SOC infrastructure, architecture, and other enabling requirements;
• Experience scheduling site surveys, and the procurement and deployment of technologies;
• Demonstrable evidence ofrobust management of vendors and suppliers;
• Strong financial and order management skills;
• Ability to convey results clearly in formal technical reports and deliver briefings
• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to travel extensively to Amman, Jordanasthe successful candidate will be required to meet the client(s), sub contractors and other stakeholders in person on a regular basis.
• Native Arabic and fluency in English (written and oral)
• Experience, understanding of, and interest in security operations a plus.
• Reliable team player who is capable of working effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision
• Strong time management skills
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Ability to successfully interface with C-suite level clients (internal and external)
• Ability to document and explain technical details in a concise, understandable manner
• Ability to manage and balance own time among multiple tasks, and lead junior staff when required
• Experience with Jira, Trello, Asana or other modern project management tools
• Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
