The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years F&B experience and should have experience managing multiple outlets or branches. They should have an adaptable skillset and be willing to travel due to project requirement.They will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing projects. They are accountable for the entire project scope, the project team and resources, the project budget, and the success or failure of the project.ResponsibilitiesPlans projects; do market research and business planning; facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements.Create and develop project scopes and objectives based on timeline;Lead planning and implementation of projectsMonitor project deliverablesProvide direction and support to project teamOversee quality control throughout the project?s life cycleEnsuring appropriate resources are assigned to the projectEnsure execution, progress and oversee project completionUpdate relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progressCoach and support project team members with tasks you assign themPreparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputsFacilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.Proper handover and closure of project to respective stakeholders and operational teamConducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.Performs other duties related to the function as assigned by the Top Management
