Check out our vacancy below:Experience:? At least 3 years experience in customer service / project management and/or related role? Experience handling client-facing communications? Experience working with multicultural environmentSkills/Characteristics? Excellent written and verbal English communication skills? Able to work collaboratively and independently? Can work efficiently under pressure and produce quality output with tight time constraints? Willing to learn new skillsKey Functions? Manages multiple projects for client, maintaining the ability to seamlessly switch fromone to the other? Takes ownership of client relations with assigned clients and serves as the GWR point ofcontact with these clients? Liaise with clients to develop strategy, project plans and clarity project requirements.? Works with the cross-functional internal team members to execute the projectsseamlessly and in timely manner? Coordinates work and closely tracks project deliverables using appropriate tools toensure quality and compliance with client requirements and GWR standards? Conduct client?s customer experience journey mapping and report? Prepares reports: 1) For Internal use: outlining project progress, issues faces, andsolutions to these issues & 2) For clients: which includes data analytics?
