Take the lead?in all milestones of the project from planning, organizing and implementation providing photos and documentation required for the Pizza restaurant construction
Schedule meetings with management to discuss progress,?upcoming schedule,?profitability, quality metrics and further expectations to ensure corporate goals and objectives are met
Review quotes, negotiates and writes all purchase orders and subcontracts for the project per company policies and procedures
Work with designer and contracting team regarding floor plan, all shop drawings and submittals,?pre-mobilization meetings, weekly job site meeting, and owner meetings, if required
Monitor, review and approve all vendor invoices and subcontractor applications for payment
