We are seeking an experienced Project Executive with a strong background in Interior, Fit-out andExhibition projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record ofsuccessfully managing and delivering high-quality fit-out projects on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:- Defining project objectives, scope, and deliverables.- Planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones- Monitoring project progress and ensuring deadlines are met- Identifying and managing project risks and issues- Resolving conflicts and making decisions to keep the project on track- Communicating with stakeholders and keeping them informed of project updates- Evaluating project outcomes and conducting post-project reviews for lessons learned- Lead and motivate a team of skilled craftsmen, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve projectobjectives within established timelines and budget constraints.- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, conflicts, and obstacles. Collaborate with internaland external stakeholders to develop effective solutions and contingency plans.- Monitor project expenses, track budget variances, and implement cost-saving measures wherepossible. Prepare regular reports on project financials, including forecasts and expenditure.- Serve as a primary point of contact for subcontractor/supplier clients throughout the project cycle- Coordination with the team (designers, suppliers, client ensuring collaboration and efficientworkflow.- Ensure that all work complies with local regulations, building codes, and health and safetystandards.- Resolve issues related to project scope, resources, or unforeseen instances that may ariseduring construction.- Oversee the design, fabrication, and installation of exhibition stands, ensuring they meet clientrequirements and venue specifications.
