Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Executive with a strong background in Interior, Fit-out andExhibition projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record ofsuccessfully managing and delivering high-quality fit-out projects on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:

  • Defining project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  • Planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones
  • Monitoring project progress and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Identifying and managing project risks and issues
  • Resolving conflicts and making decisions to keep the project on track
  • Communicating with stakeholders and keeping them informed of project updates
  • Evaluating project outcomes and conducting post-project reviews for lessons learned
  • Lead and motivate a team of skilled craftsmen, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project
objectives within established timelines and budget constraints.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, conflicts, and obstacles. Collaborate with internal
and external stakeholders to develop effective solutions and contingency plans.
  • Monitor project expenses, track budget variances, and implement cost-saving measures where
possible. Prepare regular reports on project financials, including forecasts and expenditure.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for subcontractor/supplier clients throughout the project cycle
  • Coordination with the team (designers, suppliers, client ensuring collaboration and efficient
workflow.
  • Ensure that all work complies with local regulations, building codes, and health and safety
standards.
  • Resolve issues related to project scope, resources, or unforeseen circumstances that may arise
during construction.
  • Oversee the design, fabrication, and installation of exhibition stands, ensuring they meet client
requirements and venue specifications.Requirement: Bachelor?s degree in Engineering, Architecture or related fields.
