KEY RESPONSIBILITIES?Providing technical support for deployment of different applications on customers? on-prem and cloud systems.?Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.?Prepares and submits design documentation including Bill of Materials (BOM)?Installs, maintains, and upgrades applications.?Support the Project Lead to manage customer expectations and ensure delivery within budget and timelines.?Work on projects executed across geographies and cultures.?Research and provide infrastructure solutions to customers based on the scope and requirements.
