Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in joinery, interior, and architecture projects, and will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful completion of various projects. The Project Engineer will work closely with the project manager, clients, and subcontractors to ensure that all project requirements and deadlines are met.Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, design, procurement, execution, and closeout.
  2. Coordinate and collaborate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
  3. Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  4. Monitor project progress and performance, and make necessary adjustments to ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  5. Prepare and present project status reports to clients and management.
  6. Ensure that all project documentation, including contracts, permits, and drawings, are accurate and up to date.
  7. Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
  8. Manage and resolve any project-related conflicts or disputes that may arise.
  9. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in the field of joinery, interior, and architecture.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 1-5 years of experience in joinery, interior, and architecture projects.
  3. Strong project management and leadership skills.
  4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  5. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse team of professionals.
  6. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
  7. Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  8. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  9. Strong attention to detail and quality control.
  10. Ability to work under pressure
