Project EngineerJob Location Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities :•Manage and oversee all aspects of residential high-rise projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.•Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.•Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays, implementing corrective actions as needed.•Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts.•Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.•Manage the full finishing scope of residential projects, including interior design elements, fixtures, and fittings.•Prepare and present regular project updates to management.•Resolve any technical issues that may arise during the construction process.Requirements :•Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.•Minimum of 6 years of experience in the UAE, specifically handling residential high-rise projects with a focus on full finishing scope.•Strong knowledge of construction principles, methods, and materials.•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.•Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.•Familiarity with UAE building codes and regulations.•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.•Immediate availability to join is highly preferred.
