Project EngineerJob Location : Dubai, UAEResponsibilities:•Review project drawings to assess material, manpower, and equipment needs.•Assist in preparing project schedules and monitor daily/weekly progress.•Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.•Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues.•Track milestones, report progress, and document delays/variations.•Ensure compliance with QA/QC and HSE standards.•Supervise site activities and delegate tasks to foremen and chargehands.•Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports.•Manage material requisitions and resource planning.•Prepare subcontractor payment certificates and related documentation.•Coordinate inspections, concrete requests, and manpower reports.•Prepare accident reports in coordination with Safety Engineer.•Evaluate labor performance with the General Foreman.•Manage snag lists and project closeout, including securing completion certificates.Qualification:•Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management•At least 5 - 10 years experience with Main Contracting Company in UAE•Must have extensive know-how on all site operations
