Project EngineerJob Location : UAE:?Must be able to read engineering drawings for civil (architectural, & structural drawings), electrical, plumbing, drainage, fire alarm, AC and Fire Fighting, besides other specialist works.?Must be able to plan, monitor and independently projects using the resources of the company and liaising with external vendors and subcontractors.?Must be able to organize the resources for a project such as manpower, labour, and materials, and liaise with other departments in the company such as contracts and purchasing to execute a project independently.?Must be able to plan, monitor and complete a project within the construction program and budget.?Must be able to source subcontractors and vendors in the local market for carrying out subcontract works in the project.?Must be able to Independently supervise work like Civil (blockwork, masonry, floor works, painting works, kitchen, false ceiling, carpentry & joinery, aluminium, metal works, glassworks, etc.), Electrical, lighting, power, Plumbing, drainage, Firefighting, Fire alarm, building management system, Low Voltage Systems (Data, Voice, CCTV, TV, public announcement, surveillance, access control), Other specialist works: Swimming pool, landscaping, etc?Quality control of work done at the site.?Enforce rules, regulations, and procedures at the site.?Ensure health and safety measures are strictly followed at the site?UAE Driving License is a must?Society Engineering License is an added advantage.
