Project EngineerJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:?Responsible for job card preparation and its variations.?Responsible for raising requisitions for material of various projects.?Responsible for monthly site measurement, billing, and keeping material update records at site.?Responsible for inspection requests for approval from the consultants.?Responsible for daily allocation of laborers to various sites as per the site requirements.?Inspection request/check list for approval from the consultants/Main contractor.?Execution of works as per main contractors construction program.?Quality (visual inspection) & quantity verification to ensure the received goods are as per the SMR.?Estimation, quantity surveying, and quality assurance with adherence to the ISO Procedures.?Enforces safety and operational policies and procedures.?Responsible for on-time delivery of the project.?Responsible for monitoring the project as per schedule.Knowledge And Expertise:?Minimum 8-10 years of experience as project engineer?Supervisory and management skills are excellent?Excellent organizational skills, time management, leadership ability, as well as decision-making abilities?Communication skills, both written and verbal?Understanding of applicable codes, standards, policies, and best practices
