Job Description

The opportunityThis is an exciting opportunity to manage a panel of services across multiple government sites in Dubai. If you are passionate about delivering first-class service, have experience in facilities management and leadership, and are looking for an exciting new challenge, then this could be the perfect role for you. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all aspects of facilities services as detailed in the scope of works section of the contract and report to the regional director based in Dubai.
  • Working directly with the local client to ensure a thorough understanding of their objectives and develop property-specific operating strategies that achieve required standards.
  • Managing several operational contracts on behalf of the client, overseeing the implementation of all approved initiatives and programs, by managing and coordinating the efforts of the FM team (e.g. direct reports, service providers, contractors, and building employees) to achieve the goals.
  • Representing Mace and delivering first-class service to support complex, multi-disciplined sites and the requirements of the client.
About youYou are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated construction teams. You will need to have a deep understanding of the facilities management industry and be able to apply that knowledge to your work. You are able to direct a team of professionals and coordinate their efforts to achieve the clients goals. You are highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. You are an excellent communicator, able to build strong relationships with the client and negotiate effectively with stakeholders. You have strong leadership skills. You are able to work collaboratively with other teams within Mace to ensure the successful delivery of all projects.
