Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Project Coordinator / Inside Sales Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience or recent graduates to join our team.   • Collaborate with project managers to ensure effective coordination and communication among team members.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate quotations and cost estimates.
  • Facilitate project meetings, document discussions, and follow up on action items to meet project milestones.
  • Establish and maintain a systematic document control process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for project-related communication, both internal and external.
  • Collaborate with couriers, suppliers, and internal teams to plan shipments, track orders, and resolve possible logistics issues.
