Job Description

We are looking for a Project Coordinator and Estimator with at least 2 years of experience in project estimation, client coordination, and supplier management. This role is ideal for someone familiar with the UAE construction and interior design market, with solid knowledge of materials and pricing. Strong 3D design skills using 3ds Max are essential for creating high-quality visualizations.Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates based on project requirements and design plans.
  • Coordinate with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Create 3D renderings to help clients visualize designs.
  • Develop project quotations and manage material procurement.
  • Supervise project progress and maintain timelines.
  • Handle invoicing and follow up on payments.
Salary & Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary: AED 4,000?5,000, based on experience.
  • Performance incentives:
  • 4%?6% commission on new projects secured.
  • 1.5%?2% commission on successfully completed company-assigned projects.
