Job Role

Preparation of Lighting Design, Estimates, Technical Submittals & other sales related documents using AutoCad and Dialux
Perform lighting studies using DIALUX software for Internal and External Purpose
Handle all queries coming from the sales team (including onsite survey and technical inspection)
Handle all customer & supplier coordination and Provide full technical support to customers
Provide all technical documents drawing, technical diagram & electrical diagram, wiring diagrams to the team and for the customer
Service and repair LED Lighting fixture and existing installation
Evaluate and appropriately response to equipment usage and energy efficiency
Maintain all technical documents updated and available.
Manage all installation follow up for our customers if needed
Support the sales team with necessary technical issues
Manage the stock inventory and the warehouse Organization
Comply with all relevant company policies and procedures
Provide Weekly Report to the CEO
