•Attending, hosting, or coordinating kick-start meetings on receipt of each project.•Prepare the project schedule as soon as the kick-start meeting is completed and share it with the Project Eng/Manager & HOD.•Coordinating with Mall for the approvals and permits.•Arranging all supply warranty certificates required for preopening documentation.•Need to communicate with various departments to keep everyone on board about any changes to the project plan.•Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.•Monitor projects time, cost, quality, scope, resources, and risk management.•Preparation/ submission/ necessary documents to mall management/government authorities to obtain approvals.•Coordinate with the design team with regard to the preparation/ submission/ approval of shop and as-built drawings.•Ability to run projects within budget and schedule. Need to handle ad hoc duties assigned.
