Job Description

Position Title: Project AdministratorEmployment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 5K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: A global leader in providing technology-driven solutions for defense, engineering, and innovation.

  • Maintain, update, and manage project documentation, including contracts, correspondence, and other essential files.
  • Assist the project teams in planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers and vendors.
  • Maintain vendor records, monitor contracts, and ensure that deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Assist with supplier evaluation and selection, managing the procurement of materials and services as needed.
