What you will doAn exciting opportunity has become available as a Programme Manager within our EMEA business. The role reports into the Senior Director, Manufacturing, L&D Strategy & PMO. Principle ownership for leading program management of specific operations programs. Training, facilitating and auditing all functions for footprint projects including the start-up, shutdown and movement of production, warehouse and distribution centre operations. Responsible for ensuring the success of all functions for footprint projects.How you will do it? Guide Project Managers in operations related projects.? Ensure that the all function for footprint projects are adequately planned to achieve target customer quality, lead-time, delivery, supply continuity, cost and savings.? Improve Footprint Playbook processes and tools.? Lead the early stage business case development including finance and business analytics across all functions of the business.? Training of footprint project teams in all functions in the Footprint Playbook.? Facilitate early phase team formation.? Assess operations function to determine gaps in operating capabilities and support footprint project teams to close gaps.? Audit all functional footprint project plans to ensure adequate resources and planning that will meet footprint project objectives, metrics and deliverables.? Coach and support footprint project teams in all aspects of planning and execution.? Responsibilities will also include assignments in Program Management as needed to support the business.
