As the Program Manager, you will support the development of the ERP strategy and ensure the programme is delivered on time, and within the budget and quality.Client DetailsA very successful, leading organisation in Dubai, looking to hire a Program Manager to lead a large scale, multi year ERP transformation.DescriptionLead strategic planning and scope definition for ERP transformation.Establish effective governance and communication structures.Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring timely project delivery.Monitor performance metrics, implement improvements as needed.Execute change management strategies, drive stakeholder buy-in.Collaborate with vendors if applicable, ensuring adherence to goals.ProfileThe candidate should have played a key part in at least 2 full cycle end to end large scale Oracle OR SAP Cloud ERP implementations with integrations with functions such as Retail, Corporate Finance.Preference for candidates who have been a part of an ERP transformation in the Retail industry / Finance end to end ERP transformation.Executive presence and ability to communicate with senior stakeholders.Strong experience with steering committee presentations, governance, and CxO presence.The candidate should be results driven with a strong sense of ownership and a track record of program management, with alignment in business and IT.Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.No preference for current location - local / regional and global based candidates are welcome.Must be a graduate from a recognised university.Job OfferA unique opportunity to lead and shape the ERP landscape of a growing organisation.
