Program Director - Battery Storage and TerminalsKey Responsibilities:

Grow the base, identifying growth opportunities
Work with Regional leaders and BTI teams to develop execution plans
Partner with sales teams to drive pursuit that enhance LOB revenue
Build partnerships with Suppliers and integrators in presell processes for RDA
Lead the Projects Execution of RDA and Terminals businesses segments, taking ownership and ensuring safe execution of projects within budget and schedule from sales handover to site commissioning & effectively managing stakeholder expectations.
Lead commercial representative working with procurement on critical raw material contracts, third party suppliers, qualifications, and business continuity planning
Drive pricing and contracting discipline to grow margins and overall profitability of the segment
Drive on time execution and long-term strategic plan
Identify and develop paths to alternative service revenue streams
Oversight of contract negotiations and close deals
Support strategic partnership discussions for inorganic growth in new verticals
Influence decisions at all levels
Coordinate a direct team with Program Management Engineers, Electrical Engineer, and indirect Engineering team
