We are currently seeking a polishedProgram Controls Leadto become part of Honeywell?s ?Program Controls Organisation? team based out of Melbourne, Victoria. Reporting directly to the Senior Program Controls Manager - this role will support the Regional GMs by providing complementary leadership of the operations function to deliver best in class solutions to meet customer expectations within estimated financial performance targets.This will include business financials reporting and analysis (e.g. resource utilisation and planning, AOP planning, absorption forecasting).This role will include the development and implementation of initiatives launched by organisation time to time for continuous improvement of the PM Methodology and delivery processes as well as the deployment and process training for delivery staff.Key Responsibilities:Deploy standard systems and processes for the project reviews and bring in consistency to ensure common project control processes are followed for all projectsLeverage existing tools and systems to optimize the project control processesLead change management efforts as and when requiredPartner with the project managers, project coordinators, project admins to ensure that there is seamless handover between various project, operations, finance, sales, and engineering teamsEstablish regular project reviews as per guidelines, and make sure that the ERP and Project Execution systems are effectively used and updated with the most current project status.Reporting the potential EACs, Change Order potentials, and exceptions to the business leaders and following up corrective actionsDeployment of MOS with the project managers, operation leaders, and business leaders as requiredReporting deviations to the standard processes, evaluating change orders, and estimate at completion for all projects.Spearhead scheduling for projects, deployment of global/regional MOS for reporting SPI, CPI and other scheduling activities in coordination with PM Excellence, GMP, GPMO etc.
