Production TechnicianReports to Manager ? Technical SupportJob Purpose:To perform diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production Machineries and equipment?s according to safety, maintenance management systems to support the achievement of the business goals and objectives.Key Accountabilities: Maintain, repair, troubleshoot and installation of Kitchen, Bakery and pastry and equipment. Monitors start up to insure a smooth transition of operations. Coordinate and participate in all type of maintenance on a daily, weekly, monthly basis through Maintenance software like CMMS. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of tools and equipment. Observes safety and security procedures.
