Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a RetailFit-Out and Joinery companyin the UAE. Our client is looking for a Production Supervisory who will be responsible for the technical management, supervision and control of production to ensure manufacturing processes run effectively and efficiently.<br /><br />- Managing all production activities as a Production Manager<br />- Ensuring that all production equipment are in operating condition<br />- Oversee the production processes and coordinate all activities to ensure enough resources on hand and workflow meets the required deadlines.<br />- Responsible for allocating labour resources, tracking production schedules and cost adjustments to ensure production runs smoothly.<br />- Managing a team of staff, primarily carpenters, engineers in the manufacturing process<br />- Responsible for leading the whole production process of interior / joinery projects for customers<br />- Regular meetings with the customers & stakeholders on the projects<br />- Responsible for taking a design order process through to completion<br />- Coordinating with all shop drawings, generating cutting lists and implementing quality control<br />- Liaises with Design, Procurement and Projects coordinators<br />- Production planning, scheduling, quality assurance and Health & Safety<br />- Management of a pricing / budget & project P&L<br />- Evaluating workers performance as per ISO requirements<br /><br />Requirements- Minimum of 8+ years similar experience in the Management of joinery / manufacturing industry specializing in Fit Out for the Retail sector<br />- Degree in Engineering or equivalent<br />- Broad knowledge of manufacturing and production processes and concepts.<br />- Must have strong communication and Software skills<br />- Great understanding of design drawings<br />- Leadership skills managing a team<br />- Must be able to cater the clients requirements by providing a technical solution in the pre-sales process with the team.<br /><br /><br />BenefitsAttractive Salary + Benefits<br /><br />
