As our Production Supervisor, you will be the main person in charge of the production and workshop and is fully responsible for the workshop production process, product quality, personnel safety and personnel management configuration arrangements.ResponsibilitiesúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿResponsible for daily administrative management of the workshop, focusing on personnel, equipment and production management;úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿResponsible for the arranging workshop production according to production plan, and ensure quality, quantity, on time to complete the production task;úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿResponsible for the strict implementation of relevant SOP requirements to ensure the control of the entire production process;úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿResponsible for the training of workshop staff;úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿResponsible for developing the post responsibility system and assessment system for staff at all levels of the workshop, and conducting management and assessment according to the approved assessment system;úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿResponsible for reducing production costs and improving economic benefits in the workshop;úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿResponsible for monthly, quarterly and annual work summary of the workshop;úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿResponsible for regularly organizing technical and economic index analysis meeting of products produced in the workshop, and timely solving problems found;úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿInitiate handover for the next shift and make sure that the next shift is well-informed of all production related matters of the day;úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿCreate daily, weekly and monthly reports;úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿComplete temporary work arrangement from superiors.
