Job Description

Position Title: Production SupervisorEmployment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 7K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Benefits: as per UAE labor law Job Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE About the Client: A group of company serving high-performance industrial coatings, specializing in automotive, construction, and transport sectors.

  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
  • Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures and Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize efficiency.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions and implement safety measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Oversee the maintenance and calibration of production equipment, schedule preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and troubleshoot equipment failures and coordinate repairs.
