Production SupervisorJob Location : UAEMain Duties/Responsibilities:?Achieve manufacturing staff results by planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.?Maintain workflow by monitoring steps of the process and observing control points and equipment.?Complete production plans by scheduling and assigning personnel, monitoring progress, and resolving problems.?Maintain a safe and clean work environment and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.?Report plant or machinery breakdowns to maintenance technicians promptly.?Organize external contracts, such as cleaning or supplies.Qualifications:?Bachelor?s degree in any field with relevant work experience. Minimum of 3 years in seafood processing, focusing on salmon production.?Proven leadership and supervisory skills.?Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.?Proficiency in computer skills and a strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality control standards in the seafood industry.?Fluent in English.
