The principal objective of this position is to effectively manage the shop floor activities like Production targets and optimum utilization of resources. The Production Supervisor should also coordinate with other supporting departments on floor to achieve his Targets.Responsibility and Duties? Efficient shop floor management to achieve the daily production targets. ? Proper utilization of manpower to achieve maximum productivity? Maintain the production related data and update the ERP regularly.? Assist production manager in resolving the bottlenecks that are affecting the production process & output.? Production of goods within the Quality Specifications? Report Non Conformances immediately and suggest for improvements to avoid recurrence? Implementation of quality requirements & work closely with quality in-charge in following, implementing hygienic practices within the plant.? Maintain all records of production process as per ISO requirements. ? Maximize the equipment availability to have highest OEE.? Implementation of HSE on shop floor? Arrange training of staff for maintenance and Operational requirements with coordination with technical supervisor.?
