To monitor the process trend rates based on the online inspection reports and initiate corrective actions.
To prepare Daily, weekly & monthly reports and submit the same to the General Manager.
To ensure the effective machine utilization and resources available.
Communicates raw materials shortage with Management
To coordinate with managerial departments for smooth functioning of the plant and machinery.
Ensuring that productivity, quality, delivery and scrap objectives are accomplished.
To ensure the process solutions and intermediate solutions as per need.
Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
To continuously monitor and identify potential non-conformances in the process and take corrective and preventive action to eliminate quality defects.
