Job Description

Our client is a leading F&B group in the UAE, they own and manage several successful F&B brands, they are looking to hire a?Production Manager for their Central Kitchen?with at least?3?years of experience within the F&B Industry?managing multiple brands.?As a?Production Manager, you will be responsible for?the food production process?according to the company standards and procedures.?Additionally, you will?supervise?the?culinary staff during?the production.?Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage CPF production and complete a general overview of day?s production
  • Supervise production teams and team leaders
  • Ensure?efficiency, quality, cleanliness, organization, and proficiency
  • Ensure quality of food produced while adhering to specified time limits
  • Manage the?monthly inventory with cost controller and management team
  • ?Maintain?hygiene standards of kitchen staff and equipment?s
  • Ensure proper sanitation guidelines are maintained
  • Maintain?Par stock level
  • Know and follow all company emergency and safety procedures
  • Any other assignments as designated by the Manager or Executive Chef
  • Report all the maintenance issues to the facility management
  • Create daily production, reschedule, party check-off,?and recovery sheets
