Maintain compliance with food safety, quality assurance protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure all products meet quality specifications.
Lead and supervise a team of production staff, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
Your role involves supervising and directing a team of production supervisors and operators, guiding them to meet production targets and uphold rigorous safety and quality standards.
Your core duty as Manufacturing Manager will involve overseeing and coordinating the complete production process, with a strong emphasis on achieving efficient and punctual manufacturing of superior products.
Enforce a safe working environment, ensuring adherence o safety policies and procedures.
Monitor raw materials and inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted production.
Manage production budgets and report on production costs and key performance indicators.
