Production ManagerJob Location : UAE:?Plan, organize and utilize the organizational resources to ensure achievement of objectives and KPIs of the Production function.?Establish and monitor overall plant performance for production and quality standards.?Review on daily basis established production schedules for manufacturing to ensure established inventory levels are met, while operating at the highest efficiency possible.?Work closely with the QC team and Logistics team to review product consistency in terms of quality and dispatch & focus on continual improvement.?Ensure robust preventative maintenance mechanisms/programs are being followed at?the plant and propose for changes and modifications for replacement when necessary.?Monitoring the expenses periodically to maintain superior cost efficiencies at the plant.?Ensure safety programs are being followed at the plant that result in providing a safe workplace to all stakeholders.
