Job Description

Our Client, a regional IT services specialist in Digital, Business Applications, Managed Services, Cloud, Security and Infrastructure, is currently looking for aBusiness AnalystforDubai locationIn this role, your job responsibilities will be:

  • To study and assess the current Roads processes against the best practice of managing Roads projects and submit detailed Business Requirements and specifications documents.
  • Perform a comprehensive functional assessment to identify common and redundant work processes and suggest an optimize business processes to avoid duplicated functionalities in the new solution.
  • Consultant should be managing the consultancy services for Roads projects processes & management with the client business and IT teams .
  • Consultant should manage & highlight any scope deviation conflicts or discussions with the client after BRD is signed based on domain knowledge.
  • Guide team on Submission of all business and technical documentation for the various project stages.
  • Having an experience on Integration with all relevant information from various systems internally and externally for roads management.
  • Validate and provide the outcome reports and benefit realization for each project stage.
  • Consultant also has experience to ensure effective management of the review and approval steps related 3rd Party services.
  • Consultants should do/ help the required steps of the design and the role of each concerned party of landscape or architectural and aesthetic design.
  • Consultant should manage the customer on a day-to-day basis for all required meeting.
  • Consultant should be customer centric and must be having good customer facing skills at leadership level.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role you need to possess:
  • Consultant must be having an experience of minimum 8-10 years in managing & implementing the standardization of the road processes.
  • Consultant is required at Onsite Dubai for 1 Year+ and can be extended to 2 years based on project schedule.
  • It would be an added advantage if person is Arabic speaking.
  • Relevant certificate in roads process management would be an advantage.
  • Candidate ready to work as onsite consultant for 2 years project will also be considered
