Production ManagerJob Location : UAEJob Requirements:?Minimum 5 years of experience as Production Manager in Perishable Food Production. (Poultry Meat & Sea Food Processing)?Diploma or Degree in Food Science or any other equivalent professional qualificationJob Responsibilities:?Analyze production targets and breakdown into objectives for each workstation per shift ? planning and organizing the shift employees in achieving daily Production targets.?Monitor and ensuring that all personnel adhere to work instructions and procedures?Responsible for optimizing machine efficiencies, controlling wastage, determining, and analyzing yield.?Conduct studies to discover ways to improve the efficiency of production processes.?Reduce the amount of defects or nonconforming products by providing reports to Management?Ensure that operators enter all production related data is entered on prescribed documents and that this info is transferred onto the SAP system?To analyze, investigate and resolve variances and provide data to Management.?Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials and processed food products. Stock control of all raw and finished goods and monitor shelf life and expiry dates, reporting issues to Management
