Product Manager for for one of our clients in Dubai. The role requires extensive experience in LV, HV and switchgear .Role : Product ManagerStart Date : ASAPLocation: Dubai, UAEExperience : 6-12 yearsEducation: Master of technology/engineering (electrical)1- Develop, implement, and execute strategic product marketing plans including affiliate marketing for the business, solutions to attract potential customers and vendors and retain existing ones.2- Develop a learning/market research plan (including contractors, consultants, panel builders, developers, governmental sectors etc ) to uncover the viability of current and existing products, and potential for new services, then execute the plan effectively.3- Develops flawless launch plan for new products yet to enter the marketplace and executes them with speed and grit.4- Implement price strategy/roadmap, and release pricelist for the region.5- Responsibility connected with the local legislation (national certifications, etc.) Help with adjusting the catalogues for the region.6- Develop ongoing marketing plans for existing products and execute those plans flawlessly.7- Determine budget, ROI and key performance indicators to show, analytically, lead and lag measures of marketing success.8- Be a part of the new product development team in the discovery and market commercialization of new product concepts.9- Provide guidance and evaluation of market developments and competitive positioning to enhance the clients market competitiveness.10- Assist and build the clients brand identity.11- Consider, with business leaders, new market sectors through research, building contacts, strategic alliances, and relationships.12- Attend industry events, such as association meetings and conferences, to build a personal network and gather information about industry trends.13- Work closely with sales to understand selling needs within the organization.14- Manage and coordinate product marketing and matrix partners.15- provide an internal and external presentation and training to the clients staff and customers as well as the ability to answer all kind of general and technical questions regarding the products.16- Preparation of the articles regarding the products, and publishing information.17- Take ownership of assignments and other duties as assigned.18- To attend all the events, seminars, gatherings or meetings in any internal emirate or any external country as per Management decision.To find out more about Progressive Recruitment, please visit www.progressiverecruitment.comAward winner of:KSA Recruitment Company of the Year, Best Executive Search Firm of the Year by TALint Recruitment Awards 2019/2020 | Best Engineering Recruitment Firm of the Year by Recruitment International Awards 2018
