Job Description

  • Lead the production planning, scheduling, quality assurance and Health & Safety Management of the factory.
  • Reduce the unit cost and present the budget & project P&L.
  • Oversee the production process and ensure the company?s Quality assurance requirements are met.
  • Supervise and motivating the production team and manage their work and career development plans.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to streamline factory operations using 6 sigma.
  • Lead the factory organization in implementing the capacity increases and new technology onboarding.
  • Identify the new process methodology, Machinery and tools to improve productivity and to launch new products.
  • Hire and expand the production team to cater to the capacity increases and the new product launches.
  • Interface with the marketing and R&D teams to cater to new innovative product developments.
  • Apply HACCP, ISO, FSSC standards diligently
