As a production manager, youll make sure goods and services are produced safely, cost-effectively and on time and that they meet the required quality standards.

Provide company with an understanding of the local medical community, clinical practice trends, HCP insight and real or perceived gaps in current scientific knowledge and medical treatment.
Planning & Execution of Batch Manufacturing & Batch Filling Activity.
Handling of manufacturing area activity.
Logbooks & other batch related documentation.
Handling of production system.
Preparation & review of production related SOP.
Preparation Co-operation in Unit operation & SOP training to sub ordinates. Manpower handling for manufacturing area & filling area.
Good experience in the production functions of Tablets & Capsules.
Must have worked with pharma companies that export to regulated & semi-regulated markets
Planning and organizing production schedules.
Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met.
Determining quality control standards.
Overseeing production processes.
Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
