We are looking for Production Manager Dubai, UAEAs a production manager, you'll be involved with the planning, coordination and control of manufacturing/production processes for the Aerosols/Perfume/Cosmetics ( Skin care, hair care, Toiletries) division of our firm. ? Will be overall in charge of smooth functioning of the factory.? Should have had experience of independently managing a factory independently? assessing project and resource requirements? ensuring that health and safety regulations are met? Adhering to quality control standards? overseeing production processes? Responsible for production as per forecasting, planning and Organizing production schedules? re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary? making daily production reports? Should be a dynamic leader and should be able to carry complete team with him.? supervising the work of junior staff? Management of cost control, forecasting and planning of raw materials for production? Should be proficient in use of computer and be able to generate reports (MIS) related to all functions on daily basis including production planning, output, materials, dispatch planning etc? Knowledge of all regulations and compliance ? We are looking for a self-motivated and goad orientated individual, who will be able to lead a production team smoothly? Good Knowledge of filling and packaging used in Manufacture of Perfumes and Personal care products? Experience of Machine Maintenance a definite advantage Candidates should have experience - A minimum of 10 years in a similar role with good experience in a production as well as technical capacity/ understanding of perfume and cosmetics manufacturing will be an advantage
