Production HeadJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Lead and manage a stitching unit with a workforce of 40-45 members, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.•Oversee production planning, scheduling, and execution to meet production targets and deadlines.•Implement quality control measures to ensure all products meet the companys quality standards.•Coordinate with the operations manager to optimize resource utilization and minimize waste.•Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of all machinery and equipment.•Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and productivity.•Monitor production costs and work within the allocated budget to maximize profitability.•Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.•Identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to increase production efficiency.Qualifications:•Bachelors degree in Textile Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.•Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a production management role within the textile and fabric industry, preferably in a stitching unit.•Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.•In-depth knowledge of stitching production processes, machinery, and quality control standards.•Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.•Strong organizational and communication skills.•Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
